Kogao School Dubai operates under Royal Cosmetics FZCO (DIEZA – Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE).Effective Date: October 2025
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.kogaoschool.com (“Website”) and all related services (collectively, “Services”) provided by Royal Cosmetics FZCO (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using the Website or enrolling in our training programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
Kogao School Dubai provides professional offline Japanese massage training courses conducted exclusively in Dubai. Our training programs are designed for adult participants (18 years and above) seeking to acquire or enhance their professional expertise under the instruction of certified Japanese and international experts.
3. Eligibility
Participation is limited to individuals aged 18 years or older. By registering for a course, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under UAE law.
4. Registration & Personal Data
To enroll in a course, users must complete an online registration form and provide accurate personal information including full name, email address, phone number, and country of residence. All information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Payment Methods
5.1 Stripe Online Payments
- We accept payments via Stripe, which supports major debit/credit cards and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
- Stripe securely processes all transactions in compliance with PCI-DSS Level 1 security standards.
- All prices displayed on the Website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and exclusive of 5 % VAT. Applicable VAT will be added during checkout.
- Users may alternatively request an invoice by submitting a payment request form through our Website.
- Invoices are payable by bank transfer only within the payment terms specified on the invoice.
- Invoices include all applicable VAT and conditions of payment.
- Cancellations received 10 days or more before the scheduled training start date are eligible for a refund minus administrative or bank processing fees.
- Cancellations received 2 days before the scheduled training start date are eligible for a 50 % refund after deductions.
- Cancellations received within 24 hours of the training start date or after the course has commenced are non-refundable or may be credited toward future training.
- If a course is cancelled or postponed by Kogao School Dubai, participants may choose either a full refund or a credit toward future training.

Refunds for Stripe payments are handled manually by our finance team and credited to the original payment method once approved.
Official invoices and receipts are issued upon request. All financial records are maintained in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) requirements.
8. Intellectual Property
All course materials, trademarks, logos, photographs, videos, and written content are the exclusive property of Royal Cosmetics FZCO. No materials may be copied, distributed, modified, or reproduced without prior written consent from the Company.
9. User Conduct
Users may not misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, or copy course content. Any infringement may result in legal action and permanent denial of service.
10. Liability Disclaimer
Training courses involve hands-on techniques taught by professionals. Kogao School Dubai shall not be liable for injuries, misuse of techniques, or loss resulting from participant practice outside the training environment. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course or service.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably; failing which, it shall be submitted to arbitration in Dubai or to the competent Dubai courts, as determined by the Company.
12. Modifications
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Website or participation in our courses constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
